Girones S.A.S, with NIT 890211194-5 and its main office located in the municipality of Floridablanca, department of Santander, duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, has developed the policies incorporated in this document to be applied in the management of personal information processed by the organization in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree.

In this policy, Girones S.A.S has established the rules and principles necessary to protect you, as the owner of the personal data processed within the organization, from any risk of violation of your rights, with a view to guaranteeing your human dignity through the implementation of the necessary and effective measures to comply with the obligations established in Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree. In this regard, we inform you that this document contains the general guidelines we will follow when processing your personal data when we collect, store, use, distribute, or delete it.
